In an effort to get my ass in shape I started walking in the mornings again. I will point out the obvious and say that walking in the winter at 5 in the morning is way different than walking at that hour during the Summer months, which is when I last did my walking regimen.
I've also decided to do the two hundred sit-ups program. It seems like a cool thing -- manageable, free and a good counterpart to walking.
For my initial test I did 18 sit-ups. Anyone else up to the challenge?

I'm on week two of push ups and week one of sit ups and squats. My thighs are burning tonight.

I'm on week one of sit ups. Sunday was my Day 2 and for my 5th set I did 30. I'm a little worried that my technique is off because I'm not in that much pain!
Um, I take that back. Today was my Day 3 and for my 5th set I did 35 and I am so going to be hurting tomorrow. Oofta!!
I did my first day yesterday for crunches, but I wasn't sore. Day two of squats and my legs are a little sore.
